🎓Educational Qualification
For All PGT
(a) Two years integrated post graduate course with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates) in the concerned subject.
OR
Master degree from recognised university with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates) in the concerned subject.
(b) Bachelor degree in education (B.Ed) (a course prescribed by NCTE) from an institution recognised by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized university.
For All TGT
(a) Four years integrated degree course in the concerned subject from any institution recognised by NCTE with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates).
OR
Bachelor degree in Arts & Science in the concerned subjects with 50% in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates) along with a degree in bachelor in education / 3 years integrated B.A. B.Ed (a course prescribed by the NCTE with 50% in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates) from an institution recognised by NCTE and affiliated to a recognised university.
(b) Proficiency of teaching both in Odia & English medium.
(c) Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.
