OMC Ltd Requirement Selection Process
| Criteria | Weightage | Details |
| Base Career (10th/HSC onwards) | 50 Marks | Marks assigned based on academic performance from 10th grade/HSC onwards. |
| Higher relevant Education | 10 Marks | 02 marks allotted for each additional relevant higher qualification, up to a maximum of 10 marks. |
| Relevant Experience | 10 Marks | 02 marks awarded for each year of additional relevant experience beyond the required, up to a maximum of 10 marks. |
| Personal Interview | 30 Marks | Total marks allocated for the personal interview process. |
- Shortlisted eligible candidates for the position will be called for a personal interview in descending order of merit, maintaining a 1:10 ratio for a single vacancy, as determined by Management.
- Departmental candidates of OMC are required to apply through the proper channel.
- Departmental candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria within the same cadre will be shortlisted beyond the specified ratio.
