Roles & Responsibilities:
- Computer Proficiency:
The candidate should possess strong computer skills. - Coordination:
Responsible for coordinating with security, buyers, stores, welding engineering, and finance & accounts (F&A) for gate entries and material receipt. - GST and Taxation Knowledge:
The candidate must have sound knowledge of GST, taxation, and other relevant regulatory practices. - Key Skills:

- Inventory Management:
Must have a solid understanding of Field Operating Supplies (FOS), welding consumables, and overall inventory management. - Perpetual Verification:
Knowledge of perpetual inventory verification is essential. - ERP-LN Knowledge:
Expertise in the warehouse module of ERP-LN is required, covering tasks such as Gate Entry, IMR (Inspection Material Receipt), MR (Material Receipt), SOB (Sales Order Booking), MRN (Material Return Note), etc. - Material Handling:
Knowledge of storage, preservation, loading, unloading, and the movement of materials is critical. - Inspection & Verification:
Experience in visual inspection, physical verification, identification, and ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures. - Inventory Categorization:
Should be proficient in identifying and managing slow-moving, fast-moving, and critical inventory.
