Sales Manager Duty and Responsibility

  • Team Leadership and Management:

    • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members.
    • Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
    • Set individual and team sales targets and quotas.

    • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to product development and marketing teams.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
    • Communicate effectively with the sales team, providing updates on company news, sales targets, and strategies.
    • Participate in management meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage sales-related documentation and records.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage expenses and budgets related to the sales team.
    • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
