Qualification/Eligibility
Research Associate-I
Full time Ph.D in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Nanotechnology from a recognized University or equivalent with relevant research experience in the area of Additive Manufacturing with Computer Aided Design Software’s, Sensors, Polymer Blends, Alloys, Composites, Polymer Processing, Piezoelectric, Bio-Medical applications, Energy with 03 Nos. of Research Papers in SCI Journals.
Senior Research Fellow(SRF)
Full time M.Sc. in Polymer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science & Engineering, Bio-Polymer Science with 02 years of Research Experience and minimum 01 No. of Research paper in SCI Journal. Or Full time M.E/MTech. in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Nanotechnology with 02 years of Research Experience and minimum 01 No. of Research paper in SCI Journal.
Junior Research Fellow(JRF)*/ Project Associate-I
Full time M.Sc. in Polymer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science & Engineering, Bio-Polymer Science Or Full time M.E/MTech. in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Technology, Polymer Nanotechnology *GATE, NET Qualification required.

Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET) (formerly known as Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET)) was established in 1968 by the Government of India with the assistance of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) at Chennai.
