IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Requirement 2024 Selection Process
The selection process of the IDBI Executive Recruitment Exam comprises the following stages:

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Requirement 2024 Career Path
- Stipend:
During the Training Period (6 Months): Rs. 5,000/- per month.
During the Internship Period (2 Months): Rs. 15,000/- per month. - The Bank reserves the right to recover the stipend from candidates who exit during the course or prior to joining the Bank’s service.
- Upon completion of the 8-month Training + Internship period and successful completion of the PGDBF course, candidates will be absorbed into the Bank as an OJT (On-the-Job Training) for an initial period of 4 months at any of the Bank’s branches/offices as per requirement.
- After joining the Bank’s services as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’) and successful completion of the PGDBF course, compensation (CTC) will range between Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
- Grade “O” officers will be eligible for TA/HA, local conveyance, subsidized lunch facility, and Visiting Officer Facility, in line with facilities/limits applicable to Grade ‘A’ officers of the Bank. However, other allowances, performance-linked variable pay, staff loans, perquisites, benefits, and other facilities applicable to other full-time employees of the Bank will not be admissible.
- Annual increments will be granted based on performance or any other parameters as decided by the Bank.
- Grade “O” officers will be considered for promotion to Grade ‘A’ after completion of 3 years of service, subject to performance, availability of vacancies, and other criteria stipulated in the Bank’s Promotion Policy.
