- Oversee a team of 15 to 20 Relationship Managers responsible for managing Privilege Banking customer portfolios at ICICI Bank.
- Ensure all Relationship Managers achieve or surpass their Key Result Areas (KRAs), encompassing sales targets, customer satisfaction, quality standards, and productivity benchmarks.
- Provide consistent, timely, and constructive performance feedback to Relationship Managers to enhance their effectiveness.
- Cultivate a positive work environment conducive to continuous learning and high-quality experiences for the team.
- Demonstrate leadership by effectively managing operational, sales, and service requests.
- Communicate changes in operating procedures and processes to the team clearly, ensuring understanding, retention, and proper execution.
- Monitor team adherence to schedules, including timely logins, staff time management, and break management.
- Identify coaching and training needs for team members to enhance service delivery and sales performance.
