Buxi Jagabandhu English Medium School (BJEMS)

  • Buxi Jagabandhu English Medium School is a collaborative effort of the B.J. Education Society, a group of brilliant minds, famous educators, social activists, and philanthropists from BJB Nagar, a well-known neighbourhood in Bhubaneswar.
  • It was named after Odisha’s great freedom warrior Buxi Jagabandhu Bidyadhar Bhramarabar Ray Mohapatra. It began on January 15, 1974, with a small group of 25 students and one teacher.
  • It has risen to greater heights in its 37-year history and is regarded as one of the city’s top Senior Secondary Schools. It is associated with New Delhi’s Central Board of Secondary Education.
