Stenographer Requirement Educational Qualification

• Candidates should have completed Graduation from a recognized institute/ Board.
• Having skill norms ie. Dictation (@ 100 words per minute) (English) and
  Transcription on computers (50 word per minute)

Private Secretaries (PS) Educational Qualification

• The candidates possessing minimum 3years experience as steno as per above skill norms and experience as Private Secretary in handling various Liasioning and coordination related works with reputed offices, only should apply for PS Post.

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)

• NCLT stands for the National Company Law Tribunal. It is a quasi-judicial body in India that was established under the Companies Act, 2013. The NCLT is responsible for handling matters related to corporate law and insolvency proceedings. It has jurisdiction over companies and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) registered under the Companies Act.
• The NCLT has several benches located across different cities in India. It is headed by a President and consists of judicial and technical members appointed by the central government. The tribunal has the power to hear and decide cases related to company law, including mergers and acquisitions, oppression and mismanagement claims, insolvency proceedings, and winding up of companies.
• The NCLT replaced the Company Law Board (CLB) and the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) as the primary authority for dealing with corporate matters in India. Its objective is to provide a single forum for resolving disputes and addressing issues related to companies and insolvency, thereby expediting the resolution process and promoting ease of doing business in the country.

ଜାତୀୟ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଆଇନ ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲ୍ (NCLT)

• NCLT ହେଉଛି ଜାତୀୟ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଆଇନ ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲ୍ | ଏହା ଭାରତରେ ଏକ କ୍ୱାସି-ନ୍ୟାୟିକ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଯାହାକି କମ୍ପାନୀ ଅଧିନିୟମ, 2013 ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। କମ୍ପାନୀଗୁଡିକ ଅଧିନିୟମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଏବଂ ସୀମିତ ଦାୟିତ୍ partnership ସହଭାଗୀତା (LLPs) ଉପରେ ଏହାର ଅଧିକାର ଅଛି |
• ଭାରତର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସହରରେ NCLT ର ଅନେକ ବେଞ୍ଚ ଅଛି | ଏହା ଜଣେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ ଏବଂ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ନ୍ୟାୟିକ ଏବଂ technical  ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଗଠିତ | ମିଶ୍ରଣ ଏବଂ ଅଧିଗ୍ରହଣ, ଅତ୍ୟାଚାର ଏବଂ ପରିଚାଳନାଗତ ଦାବୀ, ଅସମର୍ଥତା ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଏବଂ କମ୍ପାନୀଗୁଡିକର ୱିଣ୍ଡ ଅପ୍ ସମେତ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଆଇନ ସହ ଜଡିତ ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣି ଏବଂ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେବାକୁ ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲର କ୍ଷମତା ଅଛି।
• ଭାରତରେ କର୍ପୋରେଟ୍ ମାମଲାଗୁଡ଼ିକର ମୁକାବିଲା ପାଇଁ ଏନସିଏଲଟି କମ୍ପାନୀ ଆଇନ ବୋର୍ଡ (CLB) ଏବଂ ଇଣ୍ଡଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଆଲ୍ ଆଣ୍ଡ ଫାଇନାନ୍ସିଆଲ୍ ପୁନ ନିର୍ମାଣ (BIFR) କୁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ପ୍ରାଧିକରଣ ଭାବରେ ବଦଳାଇଲା | ଏହାର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ହେଉଛି ବିବାଦର ସମାଧାନ ତଥା କମ୍ପାନୀ ତଥା ଅସମର୍ଥତା ସହ ଜଡିତ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ଏକକ ଫୋରମ୍ ଯୋଗାଇବା, ଯାହାଦ୍ୱାରା ସମାଧାନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ତ୍ୱରାନ୍ୱିତ ହେବ ଏବଂ ଦେଶରେ ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କରିବା ସହଜ ହେବ।
