Selection Process

| Personal Interview | 30 Marks | Total marks allocated for the personal interview process. |
- Shortlisted eligible candidates for the position will be called for a personal interview in descending order of merit, maintaining a 1:10 ratio for a single vacancy, as determined by Management.
- Departmental candidates of OMC are required to apply through the proper channel.
- Departmental candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria within the same cadre will be shortlisted beyond the specified ratio.
