1. Must be a Retired Employee (not exceeding 65 years of age) of Government of Odisha /
Government of India / Reputed Autonomous Institutions.
2. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline with at least 55%
marks or its equivalent grade in the UGC seven points scale.
3. Experience of drafting, noting, correspondence, office procedure, rules and
guidelines in the government sector.
4. Adequate knowledge of Basic Computer Applications.
Note: All recruits are expected to work in a computerized environment and required to
qualify a skill test.
