Qualification/Eligibility
Must have an LLB degree from a recognized university in India.
He/ She should have at least 9 years of relevant Post Qualification experience as a practicing Advocate in High Court or 9 years of relevant Post Qualification experience including minimum 4 years of experience as Law officer in any Government/ State PSU/ Central PSU/ other Corporate House of repute or any other incorporated Company.
