Position Details:
| Position | Requirements |
|---|---|
| Advisor (Business Development) | Retired executive of E-8 grade or above from PSUs/autonomous organizations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within a large organization. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the coal or mining sector. |
Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate, Chartered Accountant, Postgraduate in any discipline, or a Graduate with an MBA.
Experience:
- Minimum 25 years of service in a PSU, with senior leadership experience (General Manager/E8 grade or above).
Nature of Work:
- Oversee various business diversification projects for MCL.
Contract Terms:
- Initial contract for two years, extendable based on performance.
- Note: VRS (Voluntary Retirement Scheme) optees will not be considered.
Maximum Age Limit:
- Candidates should not exceed 65 years of age during the contract period.
